Computer Laboratories at BIAS

Well equipped labs are available for students for instructional and research purposes. Following are some of the available facilities:

The Computer Center is equipped with more than 225 state of the art Computer Systems to cater the needs of recent ongoing trends in IT sector. It has also been facilitated with latest Servers having 144 GB RAM to support extensive computational power for visualization etc. The Institute has been a member of MSDN Academic Alliance since 2005. The students can use system and application softwares of Microsoft for their various needs. The computer centre is also enriched with softwares like IBM DB2, Web Sphere,Rational Rose.

In hostels students have been provided 100 Mbps bandwidth through fibre. The total bandwidth available is 130 Mbps. CISCO local academy has been actively training students in the field of networking since its inception from 2005.The Institute has been actively training students in the field of networking with its CISCO local academy support.
